What we do

We take a frame from the engineer's drawings to a bolted, painted structure on site. Detailing, fabrication, finishing and erection are all ours, so there is one contract and one person to ring.

Most of our work is between 20 and 400 tonnes: industrial units, commercial frames, agricultural buildings and the stairs, platforms and gantries that go with them.

  1. 1

    Detailing

Tekla models from your engineer’s drawings, with connection design where needed. You approve the GA drawings before we cut anything.

  2. 2

    Fabrication

Beam line, plate and CNC drilling in Bay 1. Every member marked and matched to the erection sequence.

  3. 3

    Finishing

Shot blast, intumescent or standard paint systems in Bay 2. Galvanising through a partner plant.

  4. 4

    Erection

Our own erection crews with CPCS operators and appointed persons. Cranes hired for each job to suit the lift.
